CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Methods Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Debit/Credit cards. Debit or credit card payments have a 3.5% convenience fee. Retail Products Products that have been opened are NON REFUNDABLE. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS. Late Policy The Wax Bar Charlotte has a late policy of 7 minutes. If you are late to your appointment a $10 LATE FEE will be charged to the card on file. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fit you in the same day of your appointment. If I am unable to get you in the same day you will be charged 50% of your service price and will have to reschedule your appointment. The 50% service charge will NOT be applied to your next appointment and is NON REFUNDABLE. Appointment Cancellation Things come up unexpectedly sometimes, and I understand that is apart of life. I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in a FEE of 50% of the total amount of your appointment. The 50% service charge will NOT be applied to future appointments. You can cancel your appointment with the link in your confirmation text/email up to the policy cut off time. You have up to 2X to reschedule your appointment after that your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to make a new appointment with a new deposit. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE Groupon Clients You are required to follow the same policies and procedures as everyone else. If you are late you are REQUIRED to pay the fee. If you NCNS that results in wasted time and product(s) so you will be charged a product fee starting at $20 and it goes up from there depending on the service and products. My policies are NON NEGOTIABLE AND FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE NO CALL NO SHOWS IF YOU NO CALL NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ONLINE BOOKING ANY DISPUTED CHARGES WILL RESULT IN A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT DEPOSITS ALL appointments require a $20 deposit to hold the appointment slot. Deposits will be applied to your final balance at checkout. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE Appointments/Services that are $80 or more are required to pay a deposit of 50% of your service charge unless otherwise directed by me.
