CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 Welcome to The Wax Bar Charlotte We’re excited to be your go-to for luxury waxing and skincare. Please review our studio policies to ensure the best experience for both you and your esthetician. ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy We accept: • Cash • Apple Pay • Venmo • Cash App • Zelle • Debit/Credit Cards (3.5% convenience fee applies to card payments) ⸻ 🛍️ Product Sales Policy Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all product sales are final. No returns or exchanges. ⸻ 📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy • A non-refundable $20 deposit is required for all appointments. • Appointments $80 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit. • Clients have 24 hours before their appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. • If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If your deposit doesn’t cover 50% of the service total, a 50% service fee may be charged. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy To ensure every guest receives their full luxury experience, we offer a 7-minute grace period. • 7+ minutes late = $10 late fee • 10+ minutes late = Appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show, and no-show fees apply. ⸻ 🚫 No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations • Will be charged 100% of the service cost (minus any deposit already paid). • No-show clients will be banned from online booking. ⸻ 💼 Emergency Policy Life happens. Emergencies and illnesses will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the owner’s discretion. Booking confirms agreement to all policies. ⸻ 👨🏽🦱 Male Waxing Policy We proudly offer waxing services for all genders. However, male body and Brazilian waxing must be scheduled with an esthetician trained in male anatomy. Male Brazilian Wax – $75 This service is for anyone with a penis (P). Pricing reflects the extra time, technique, and products required for a safe and effective service. ⚠️ Important: Not all estheticians at The Wax Bar Charlotte offer male Brazilian waxing. If booked with an untrained esthetician, your appointment will be declined and marked unserviceable. ⸻ ✨ Service Quality Policy We take pride in our work. If you notice a patch of hair was missed, please contact us within 5 calendar days for a complimentary touch-up. ⸻ ⚖️ Disputed Charges Filing a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in a small claims suit.
